A 54-year-old woman was killed last week in a hit-and-run collision in Homosassa.
Citrus County deputies discovered the woman’s body on the side of West Rosedale Drive.
The Florida Highway Patrol claims that the driver fled the scene of the accident without stopping to render aid or report the crash. The vehicle and the driver are unknown.
