Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Claims
A 55-year-old Lecanto man was killed Friday night on Citrus County Road 491 when his 2004 Toyota pickup exited the road suddenly, veered into a culvert and overturned.
FHP claims the man was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
A witness to the incident said the accident occurred shortly before 11 p.m.

These accidents require extensive investigation into the circumstances leading up to the collision to determine who was actually at fault.
